Foam Absorber Panels

The Soft Slab product range, is produced using an open celled acoustic/thermal impregnated polyurethane foam.
‍
The core material was originally developed as safety critical foam and reaches Class 0 Fire rating.
‍
Acoustic performance is good and absorption coefficients are typical for a cellular material, but unusually high deadening performance is attributable to the high density of approximately 85 kgm3.
‍
The high mass helps to reduce vibration and noise breakout.

Reactor Panels

Reactor Panels are a Slim Composite Sound Dispersal Product.
To mount Reactor Panels, simple screw holes are embedded into the Reactor frame and hidden from view

Once the foam is placed. The Reactor Panels can be mounted in multiple configurations to adapt to room Conditions and requirements,

The Panels allow a 2mm Airgap when used with a 43mm Fabric build up (18mm Track and 25mm Batten)

What services do You offer?

We are offer a training service for dealers to give practical knowledge on the design and deployment of our systems. This training takes place monthly in our York office and is available to trade partners active within associated markets.

How do I get started with a project?

If you have a design and concept in mind, get in touch and we can help with material specification and product selection. We can also help with design drawings and 3D concept models if required (Please note these are billable services).

What industries do you serve?

The majority of the projects we are involved in are residential home cinemas and media rooms. However our systems are also used in a range of commercial environments such as boardrooms and recording studios.

How long does a typical project take?

Timescales are very much project dependant. A simple media wall system could be specified and installed within a week or two, whereas a fully engineered cinema room could take a month or longer depending on the build state and other factors.

What is the cost of your services?

As our systems are supplied and installed by third party install companies an accurate quotation would need to be created by one of them. However a simple ball park cost for a media wall could be from as little as £5,000 and up. Full cinema rooms are generally from around £20,000 and up depending on room size, complexity and hardware specification. With the scalable nature of our system and its inherent quality there is no upper limit to these costs.
